Five members from Michigan’s highly rated 2012 class have been named to the 2011 High School Butkus Award Watchlist:
The Butkus Award has only been given to high school players for the past three years. The three winners have been Manti Te’o (Notre Dame) in 2008, Jordan Hicks (Texas) in 2009 and Tony Steward (Clemson) in 2010.
