Jon Jennings, UMGoBlog.com: “One of the best wide receivers in a loaded Sunshine State class. Scott has yet to gain a Michigan offer however that will change very soon. He has great body control and is able to adjust to any ball when it is in the air. He has very large hands which makes catching the ball very natural to him. Despite being such a young player, Scott is a very fluid route runner and understands how to set the defensive back up for failure. He is a natural athlete which makes him a recruit on the defensive side of the ball as well. His long arms could make him an elite prospect at either corner or safety.
