QUOTES
Rich Rodriguez on Will Campbell: “He’s a big guy … fills a need for us (at DE) … he’s a lot of fun to be around. He’s
got an opportunity to play right away.”
ANALYSIS
Scouts, Inc.: “He is a mammoth player with a nice wingspan. He plays both ways in high school and, depending on a college team’s needs, could wind up on either side of the ball at the next level. Has two-gap ability at defensive tackle. He’s tough to move off the ball and can eat space to help keep his linebackers clean.. Has a tendency to wrestle and try to outmuscle opponents. Shows the ability to get around and reach a defender. Has the raw tools to be a good pass blocker. Punches with his arms and can knock a pass rusher off stride.. Campbell’s value on both sides of the ball makes him an attractive prospect, but he’ll likely get the most out of his ability on offense.”
TAKKLE: “A big, raw player with a very good upside on the offensive side of the ball. He’ll be a brawler at the next level.”
Allen Trieu, Scout: “Has a combination of size and athleticism that is rare. Very powerful and drives his man back with regularity because of his strength. Does a good job getting off the ball, but would be even tougher to block if he played lower. He has good feet and shows surprising change of direction and pursuit skills for a big man. Needs to consistently play at a high level and maintain his technique for entire games, but has a very high ceiling.”

Excellent read, I just passed this onto a colleague who was doing a little research on that. And he actually bought me lunch because I found it for him smile So let me rephrase that: Thanks for lunch!
