U of M Lacrosse Gets Stronger

While the lacrosse season gets ever so closer, we all await to see what this year may bring. Of course, as we all know, we lost quite a bit of talent last year. However, many people have still picked Michigan as their number 1 team going into the season, or at least one of the top 3 in Division I of the MCLA. Nevertheless, I have some good news. The Wolverines were upgraded on offense when Ryan Dutton-O’Hara was added to the roster recently. He played in the NCAA at St. John’s, and played against top teams, but his biggest asset is his lacrosse IQ. Moreover, he is a lefty, which will help Michigan out in many ways in their offensive structure.  If anyone was doubting Michigan’s ability to have a strong offense this year, I think the addition of Ryan will absolutely diminish any doubt entirely.  He is a tall, talented, and strong scorer from Maryland.  He is no stranger to championship games either, making two trips in high school to the state championship game, so we are getting a player that knows what it takes to be successful.  Above all, John Paul is making the great strides, once again, to ensure our university, and team, make another run at a championship this season.  In fact, I can’t see many teams having the defense to keep up with the additions we have this year, especially with some of the Freshman I have mentioned before, and how big they have been showing up in the Fall Ball games.  We have so much to look forward to, so stay tuned lacrosse fans.  GO BLUE!
