ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg blogged today that Michigan should consider playing Boise State in it’s 2010 Re-Opening of Michigan Stadium.

The whole situation has to remind everyone of two years ago, when Michigan turned down the opportunity to play Hawaii, instead opting for Appy. St. instead. Well we all know how that turned out, lol. It comes off as sounding like a great opportunity for Rich Rodriguez to raise the respectability of Michigan’s non-conference opponents. But for all we know, Michigan may be in negotiations with another school already to fill that slot since we didn’t even find out about the Minnesota negotiations until after they fell apart.
