The Greatest Michigan/SEC Games – ‘01 vs. Auburn

In the 2001 Citrus Bowl, Anthony Thomas ran for 180 yards with two scores and became (at the time) Michigan’s leading all-time rusher. Drew Henson threw two TD’s, one of them to David Terrell who had 136 receiving yards. With seven minutes left, Grant Bowman forced an Auburn fumble at the Michigan 30 to help secure the win.

The Greatest Michigan/SEC Games – ‘99 vs. Arkansas

Tom Brady threw two early INT’s to set up Arkansas scoring drives putting the Wolverines in an early hole. But Michigan still led 24-10 at the half in the 1999 Citrus Bowl. Arkansas then scored three straight times to go up 31-24 before Brady would led the Wolverines on three straight TD drives to win the game 45-31.
