2013 Big Ten Recruiting Rankings (6/1/2012)

1. Michigan Banner 18 Commits

Added Harper Woods wide out Csont’e York. York had a standout performance at the Nike combine in Columbus a few weeks ago and the Wolverines decided to offer shortly after. After sleeping on the offer, CSont’e verballed to UM the next day. York is a solid three star prospect.

2. Ohio State Banner 11 Commits

No additions in May. Alex Anzalone (LB-PA) and Lewis Neal (LB-NC) decommit.

3. Notre Dame Banner 12 Commits

No additions in May.

4. Penn State Banner 8 Commits

No additions in May.

5. Nebraska Banner 8 Commits

Added 4 star Christian Lacouture (DL-TX)and 3 star prospects Greg Hart (TE-OH) and Dan Samuelson (OT-IN). Lacouture going to Nebraska was a bit of a surprise to Michigan fans. He had a final three of Michigan, LSU and Nebraska.

6. Michigan State Banner 7 Commits

No additions in May.

7. Illinois Banner 10 Commits

The Illini were extremely active during May, grabbing 4 solid prospects. Coach Beckman is using his connections in Ohio very well as 3 of the 4 verbals came from the Buckeye state. Jarrod Clements (DT), Reon Dawson (DB) and Austin Schmidt (OT-$) all hail from Ohio. Three star Kenton Gibbs (DT – Cass Tech) also committed, but will still take some visits.

8. Wisconsin Banner 6 Commits

Added 3 star Jack Keeler (OT-IL).

9. Iowa Banner 8 Commits

Added unranked Nic Shimonek (QB-TX).

10. Northwestern Banner 2 Commits

Added 3 star Blake King (OG-IL).

11. Purdue Banner 1 Commit

No additions in May.

12. Minnesota Banner 1 Commit
