Michigan Football Recruiting Update (3/31/11)

The biggest news of the past week has been the verbal commits of offensive linemen Ben Braden and Caleb Stacey. Last weekend was a very busy weekend visit wise in Ann Arbor. A number of prospects made it in and so far Michigan has received outstanding reviews.

New Offers

E.J. Fatu. – Klein, TX fullback.

Daniel Isadora – a fast rising offensive guard prospect out of Florida.

Kyle Marrs – an offensive tackle and Oklahoma verbal.

Michael Starts – another offensive lineman out of Texas.

Daniel David – stud inside linebacker from Texas, who has offers from everywhere.

Kenneth Crawley – impressive conerback prospect from D.C.

Shane Morris – 2013 Michigan quarterback prospect. Will be the top QB out of Michigan next season and possibly the best player in the state overall.

Halo List

LB Camren Williams (Penn State)

Visits This Week (* denotes offer)

Zeke Pike* – One of the top rated QB’s in the 2012 class made it up to Michigan this Tuesday.

Kaleb Ringer* – Made it up again on Tuesday as well, and has made it clear that Michigan is his leader. He has set an announcement date for April 15th.

Maty Mauk* – Is set to make in in this weekend. Michigan can certainly gain some ground here. He is a perfect fit for this offense in my opinion.
