On his fandom growing up: “I was always a Notre Dame fan growing up. As far as Michigan and Ohio State, I wasn’t too much of an Ohio State fan. I was always pretty neutral.”

Joseph Boyd, “Gedeon is a natural LB, by that I mean someone with inherent instincts for playing the LB position. His body seemingly runs on auto-pilot, he doesn’t wait for the ball carrier to pick a hole, he naturally anticipates, tracks, and fills the running lane. Gedeon plays with outstanding leverage and is already advanced when it comes to shedding blocks, including the blocks of much bigger opposing linemen. He tackles well in space, delivering blows to ball carriers instead of just trying to drag them down. A great athlete, Gedeon has played multiple position including QB, TE, and RB. Like most HS LBs Gedeon needs to get much bigger and stronger in order to succeed at the D1 level. Gedeon doesn’t have blazing closing speed so he will need to rely on his instincts and anticipate in order to handle outside runs and in the passing game.”

Allen Trieu, “He was excellent when we saw him in camp settings and his film verified what we had seen in shorts and T-shirts. He is a well built kid at 6-foot-3, 215 pounds and moves very well at that size.”
