Ed Miley, Marlington Head Coach: “(Dymonte) is pretty special. What’s different about him for a skilled kid is how physical he is. People see him and they expect a speed guy. They expect a finesse guy. That’s not him.”

Thomas on playing defense: “I love defense.  I just like going out there and hitting people. You see people on ESPN getting hit real hard. Those plays make the highlights. I’d like to be on ESPN one day hitting somebody.”

First offered by Michigan State, however he has stated Michigan is his top school at this moment.  Would like to decide early.  UCLA, West Virginia, Tennessee, Illinois and Pitt have offered along with Michigan.  Ohio State will be in the mix.

Jon Jennings, “Thomas is a rare athlete who has the potential to be ranked as a 5 star kid at four different positions.  Offensively he is extremely dangerous with the ball in his hands and has the ability to score from anywhere on the field.  Defensively he has great range as a safety but has the hips, speed and ball skills to be a great corner back.  Reminds me of former UM recruit Demar Dorsey.”
