ANALYSIS

Sean O’Connell, UMGoBlog.com: “Michigan got in early on Mone, offering him during his sophomore season and it seems that the early interest has paid its dividends. As a sophomore Mone weighed in at around 255 pounds, he is now 300+ and has not lost an ounce of speed or agility. Although highlights and scouting on him are limited at this point, Bryan is one of the best DT’s I’ve watched so far for the 2014 class. He has elite quickness off the ball and uses his hands pretty well for a kid his age. Michigan has obviously placed an emphasis on athletic, strong and quick interior linemen. Mone fits that mold and then some. Great pick-up.”

Ace Anbender, MGoBlog.com: “He’s got a great frame, impressive athleticism and burst off the line, strength that proves dominant at the high school level, and solid play recognition. I could see him lining up at either defensive tackle spot at the next level.”
